Trizact abrasives are ideal for applications requiring a fine finish, and are suited for a variety of metals such as stainless steel, chromium, nickel and cobalt-based materials.

Trizact abrasives guarantee better finishes, sustained cut rates, and lower grinding temperatures than traditional abrasives. These abrasives constantly expose fresh surfaces, enabling more predictable results with lesser rejections, increased worker productivity, and improved end product quality.

Engineered using microreplication technology, Trizact is comprised of miniscule 3D aluminium-oxide structures spread across the entire surface of the abrasive material.

As the structures on the surface become worn down with use, new, more resilient mineral layers form in their place — allowing the abrasive to remain sharp and extend its lifespan up to 5 times longer when compared to traditional styles.

Because Trizact runs cooler than other abrasives, it’s excellent for coloured surfaces and drastically reduces both warping and discolouration in the finish.

It’s also available in a number of different grades (measured in microns and outlined below) to help you perfectly calibrate your desired finish.

A160 = 120 grit

A100 = 200 grit

A80 = 240 grit

A65 = 280 grit

A45 = 400 grit

A30 = 800 grit

A16 = 1200 grit
