Trizact abrasives are ideal for applications requiring a fine finish, and are suited for a variety of metals such as stainless steel, chromium, nickel and cobalt-based materials.

Trizact abrasives deliver more consistent finishes, consistent cut rates, and cooler grinding and finishing temperatures than conventional abrasives. They continuously expose fresh abrasive cutting surfaces, for more predictable, lower reject rates, higher worker productivity and more consistent quality in your end products.

Engineered using microreplication technology, Trizact is comprised of miniscule 3D aluminium-oxide structures spread across the entire surface of the abrasive material.

As the structures on the surface break down with use, new layers of mineral take their place — keeping the abrasive sharp and ensuring it lasts up to five times longer than its conventional counterparts.

Due to its lower temperature operation, Trizact is ideal for colored surfaces while significantly lowering warping and fading of the finish.

It’s also available in a number of different grades (measured in microns and outlined below) to help you perfectly calibrate your desired finish.

A160 = 120 grit

A100 = 200 grit

A80 = 240 grit

A65 = 280 grit

A45 = 400 grit

A30 = 800 grit

A16 = 1200 grit

All custom belts can be made in a wide range of materials dependent on application including RBX, Zirconia, Trizact, F Weight Paper and J Weight Cloth.
