Star S710AB Series Automatic Spray Gun

One of the best features of the Star S710AB Automatic Spray Gun is its size. This compact Air Atomised Automatic spray gun, is excellent for production line spraying where space is limited.

The Star S710AB range is suitable for spraying a large variety of applications and coatings including both paints and stains.

These spray guns are used commercially for a variety of manufacturing processes as well as automated timber marking.

Understanding The Different Star S-710 Automatic Spray Guns:

S-710AA

This model has a fluid needle and an air valve like a manual spray gun.

There is no air flow until the fluid needle is opened (like pulling the trigger on the manual gun).

The atomizing air pressure and the control air pressure can be set separately.

S-710AD

This model has no air valve, meaning the atomizing air will flow through the gun regardless of whether the fluid needle is open.

It has a separate port for atomizing air so this can be set at a different pressure to the control air.

S-710AB

This model has no air valve or separate atomized air connection.

The atomizing air pressure at the gun is the same as the control air pressure.

To Summarize – the S-710AA is like having a normal pressure fed spray gun but with an air signal operating it instead of manually pulling the trigger.

The S-710AB and S-710AD are very compact models that can be easily fitted into a production line process, they are ‘bleeder’ type guns with no air valve to shut the flow of air.
