The Wagner Sprint XE combines easy to use functionality and design with constant and reliable powder coating performance. Ideal for jobs requiring small batches or frequent colour changes, this manual powder coating system allows you to spray straight out of the original carton. Powder coatings able to be processed by the Sprint XE include Polyester, Epoxy, Metallic, Acrylic, Fluoropolymer and Special Effect Powders.

All parameters are combined into four functional sections that can be set easily by the user using a centralized knob. The AFC (Air Flow Control) continuously measures and corrects air pressure and volume, ensuring precise and optimal coating results.

The unique Cascade characteristic line setting and the TRIBO compatibility offer a high level of flexibility for any powder. In combination with the new manual gun PEM-X1, the manual unit gives perfect coating results.

The powder feeding is carried out directly from the original container – optionally out of the 60l stainless steel container.
